Weigh-in this week was great, as you can see. I’m 3.4 lbs down from last week, even dealing with Shark Week still. That puts me at 27 lbs forever gone, 13.4 of that on Keto alone since November 1st.
To say I’m happy about the weigh-in is an understatement. I was expecting a loss but not that large of one. I started DDP Yoga 2 weeks ago, and just the improvement I’ve gotten in my upper body strength alone has been worth it – even if I didn’t show a loss.
I also hit a milestone with this loss. I’ve now lost 10.7% of my starting body weight. Woot! I’m also super close to the my -30 lbs milestone. I should hit that before the New Year! Double Woot!
